GrandStaff Piano Studio September 2012 Piano News Welcome all new students! We are pleased to have you join our musical family! We hope all of you have enjoyed a great summer! We are very pleased at how well everyone is doing. Summer is a good time to make a lot of progress. GSPS Fall Field Trip to New York City--Saturday October 20, 2012 Perkiomen Coach $40 per person. Please sign up quickly! We’re going to New York City to see the sights, a Broadway show, or just shopping. It’s your choice! Some of us will get in line at TKTS on Times Square and grab Broadway show tickets for approx. ½ price!! Please join our group on this exciting, fun-filled trip. Seats are limited so please act fast! Important! Make note of your new Group Theory day and time and other exciting Fall events coming up!No lessons on Monday Sept. 3rd—Labor Day Fall Schedule Fall schedule begins Monday August 27th. Our Group Theory schedule remains almost the same: 2nd and 3rd Wed. @ 5:30 PM and the 3rd Saturday @ 2 PM. (Please note change!) KinderKeys—our Preschool Musical Kindergarten will begin Thursday Sept. 13th at 1 PM. Classes are limited so be sure to register now!Keyboard Adventures begins Thursday Sept. 13th at 5:00. Be sure to ask about this exciting group program for ages 5-6-7. It is a delightfully fun, interactive program for those younger children completing the KinderKeys program but not quite ready for one-on-one individual lessons.Piano Explorer: Please include $10 per student with your Sept. tuition for Piano Explorer Magazine yearly subscriptions. Every student must have one for Group Theory. Thank you!Competitions Ask your teacher about preparing a song for our Fall competitions in November Mr. Paul McIntyre-continues as our Violin/Viola instructor. Mr. McIntyre is highly qualified and has a love for teaching young and older musicians. Mrs. Pam Geiger continues as our voice teacher and has trained many excellent vocalists.
